SafeChem’s Kentwood Hours to Change July 11

Starting July 11, Kent County’s SafeChem drop-off location in Kentwood at 5068 Breton Ave. SE will change its hours to 10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. on Tuesdays only year-round.

The site, which provides residents with an opportunity to dispose of hazardous waste safely, has typically operated on a seasonal schedule. The site was open Tuesdays 2:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. November-March and 1:30-5:30 p.m. April-October.
