May 5 Special Election Information
In accordance with Executive Orders issued by the Governor, the election on May 5, 2020 will be conducted with special voting and voter registration procedures. Voting for this election will be primarily by mail, with limited in-person voting on Election Day.
ABSENTEE VOTING:- All registered voters in Precincts 1-4-5 (Kelloggsville Schools) have been mailed an application for an absentee ballot
- Voters are encouraged to apply for an absent voter ballot to ensure you are able to vote without leaving your home
- Please register to vote by mail or online; information on voter registration is found at www.MI.gov/vote
- To register in person at the City Clerk's office, please make an appointment
- From April 21 - May 5, voters who live in the Kelloggsville school district and wish to register to vote must provide proof of residency
- For the May 5, 2020 election, voter registration and proof of residency may be completed by mail, email or fax
- In person voting and voter registration will be at Kentwood City Hall, 4900 Breton Ave SE
- Election Day hours are 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
- In person processing will be allowed for voter registration, voting, and to submit an absentee ballot
