Welcome to the 62-B District Court Landlord Tenant Division. The Landlord Tenant Division is responsible for handling all real property disputes. We handle your dispute from the first filing of a complaint to hearing for summary proceedings, and enforcement of judgments.Please contact our Landlord Tenant Clerk at 616.554.0714 or 616-656-5301 with any questions.
Note: Before accepting a landlord tenant action, the clerk must verify that the action arises from a property located within the City of Kentwood.
