The City of Kentwood now offers ACH processing for Utility Water Payments! ACH is a free option to make electronic payments to the City of Kentwood without exchanging cash or checks. You have the option the setting up recurring billing, to ensure bills are paid on time each quarter. ACH is not only convenient, it's also one of the most secure forms payment.

Credit Card Payments
The City of Kentwood accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A fee of three percent and minimum of $2 is applied when paying with a credit card, regardless if the payment is online, over the phone or in person. Payments are typically posted within two business days, but could take longer depending your financial institution.
