Winter Concert Series: Kevin Brewster Trio
Our Winter Concert Series is back again in 2023! Join us on March 23 for the Kevin Brewster Trio – playing Jazz with emphasis on hard bop, bebop, contemporary, and R&B. The trio has performed around West Michigan at festivals and venues such as GR Festival of the Arts, GR Foodie Fest, GRNoir, and more. The group released their debut EP this past summer called "For the Culture." All members of the group attend Michigan State University and have studied under world-renown faculty such as Rodney Whitaker, Randy “Uncle G” Gilespie, Diego Rivera, Michael Dease, Xavier Davis, Randy Napoleon, and Anthony Stanco.
We'll also have Patty Matters food truck on site selling their delicious burgers and fries. Concerts take place inside the Community Room at the Kentwood Library. Guests are welcomed to bring their own beer or wine to enjoy at the show. Get out of the house and join us at the Kentwood Library for winter evening fun!
