Room Cost: $115/hr resident | $130/hr non-resident | plus $175 security deposit
With Outdoor Amphitheater: $145/hr resident | $160/hr non-resident
Requirements: 2 hour minimum
Rental Requirements:
- Two hour minimum
- Reservations - no more than 12 months in advance
- For-profit add $20 per hour for events that charge an admission or attendance fee
- Due at reservation:
- 25% down plus $175 refundable security deposit.
- Balance is due two weeks prior to the rental date.
- Cancellation/Changes:
- 1-30 Days: No refunds, no changes
- 30 + Days: Full refund minus $25 administration fee
- Time must include set-up, break-down, & clean up
- Includes a site supervisor
