The Kentwood Police Department's front desk business hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The Justice Center's entrance is locked between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM on weekdays and weekends. If you require police service during those times, please use the pay phone at the main entrance to call the dispatch office. A toll-free 800 number is posted above the phone for use in non-emergency situations. An officer will be dispatched to the office to assist you. For emergency assistance, you may dial 9-1-1 from any pay phone without cost. For any additional questions regarding services please submit a form online or contact the front desk at 616-698-6580. FINGERPRINTING
It is strongly recommended that citizens are asked to call the police department main line 616-698-6580 during normal business hours to schedule a fingerprinting appointment. Applicant fingerprinting is done on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm. Please note: fingerprint cards are $15.00 cash or check only. Live scan fingerprints are $58.25 cash or check only.
