62-B District Court Criminal Division

Welcome to the 62-B District Criminal Division. The criminal division is responsible for handling all matters related to criminal law. As a district court, the criminal division fully handles all misdemeanors with a potential for jail time of year or less.  The criminal division handles arraignments and preliminary examinations for felonies.
